Empty Egg Carton: Use for the otherwise useless

You will need:

1 empty plastic egg carton

Ever wanted to make bite sized meatballs for dinner but felt put off by the time-consuming process of forming a batch of small-sized balls one at a time? Well, now you can make them really fast and more than 1 at a time.

You will need a clean egg carton. The kind that is rounded on both sides will render better results as compared to flat-topped ones. Next, remove all the eggs (Sorry, can’t resist :p). Drop a teaspoon of pre-marinated ground pork, or beef, lamb (any kind of meat you are using) into each of the cup of the carton. Sprinkle cornflour through a sieve over the meat, close the lid and shake in a light rolling movement for 15 seconds then open the carton the wrong side up and sprinkle flour to cover any parts of the meatballs. Close the carton and shake again. Open the carton and you will have a batch of meatballs, done in under a minute and your hands are still clean!

Tadaaaa!
